A 300 unit Condo Association was being billed for utility accounts that were not theirs, as well as incorrect charges and tariffs. Expense Reduction Advisors was also able to cut their trash removal charges by 40%. The savings as a result is approximately $25,000.00 annually. ERA also made some recommendation’s that are in the process of being implemented which will result in an estimated annual savings of $180,000.00.
